Haatch Desks, The small print…

We love our Hub and hope you’ll love it too, just a few things before you get started.

Haatch Desks provides ad-hock or longer term desk and meeting room space for liked minded entrepreneurial business and start up’s.

  1. Only use what you’ve paid for – we operate on a trust basis and we trust that you will let us know if you’ve used, printed, consumed anything that’s not included in your rate.
  2. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding bank holidays) whilst the Hub does operate outside of these hours we cannot guarantee access before 9am or after 5pm, should the building be open before or after this time you can of course use it on your chosen day until the main key holder leaves.
  3. You are requested to keep noise to a minimum.
  4. The hub has voice and movement CCTV – any data captured is kept for 10 days and is only held for security purposes, by entering the Hub you are acknowledging that we have CCTV and are in agreement.
  5. Use the office as an office only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  6. Keep it tidy.
  7. If you or any of your invitees damage anything, we’ll obviously ask you to pay for the replacement.
  8. Don’t alter anything in the building – we love it just the way it is.
  9. WIFI – Haatch Desks is available to use.
  10. Payment must be received before arrival.
  11. Please don’t do anything illegal or immoral while you’re with us.
