Who They Are

Inntelo AI is a hospitality technology company transforming how hotels operate and interact with guests. At its core is the Inntelo AI Concierge, an intelligent platform that uses conversational and agentic AI to streamline communication between guests and hotel teams. Whether automating WhatsApp enquiries, coordinating service requests, or enhancing personalisation, Inntelo empowers hotels to deliver five-star service at scale.

What Problem They Solve

Hotels today face mounting pressure: increasing operational costs, staff shortages, and evolving guest expectations. Traditional tech has often failed in the sector, being too rigid, siloed, and not built with frontline needs in mind. Inntelo flips that script.

Their AI Concierge integrates seamlessly with property management systems to automate guest requests, turning them into coordinated tasks across departments like housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. This not only elevates the guest experience but significantly reduces inefficiencies, allowing hotel teams to do more with less. In a sector undergoing rapid digital transformation, Inntelo delivers real solutions to real pain points.

Traction & Progress

Inntelo has already made impressive strides, with adoption from independent hotels and major franchises, including Radisson and Wyndham properties across the UK, Europe, and the UAE. The pre-seed round raised over £500,000, led by Haatch and British Business Bank, alongside Look AI Ventures and experienced angels from Trip.com and DocuSign.

Co-founder and CEO Asif Alidina brings over a decade of hands-on hospitality experience, grounding the product in real operational insight. The team is also supported by a global advisory board featuring leaders from Accor, Hilton, and Fairmont, ensuring deep industry alignment as the company scales.

Why We Are Excited

At Haatch, we back founder-led teams building AI-driven solutions that tackle deep operational challenges, and Inntelo embodies that perfectly. Their platform isn't just smart; it’s grounded in the realities of hotel operations and built to serve all stakeholders, guests, staff, owners, and brands alike.

What excites us most is Inntelo’s ability to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI and frontline hospitality, bringing automation and personalisation into perfect harmony. With the market for AI in hotels accelerating and Inntelo already showing international traction, we believe they are poised to become a category leader.

We’re thrilled to be on this journey with Asif and the team as they redefine what’s possible in hospitality through AI.

When we first backed AIApply in March 2024 through our SEIS fund, we were backing more than just a company; we were backing a thesis and a team. The job search experience is fundamentally broken. Candidates face a fragmented, opaque process that often feels stacked against them. We believed AI could transform this experience, putting the power back in job seekers' hands.
