our investment strategy
The SEIS fund focuses exclusively on pre-seed B2B SaaS. Our repeatable model backs founders with lived experience, a defined buyer, and scalable recurring-revenue software. We build concentrated, high-quality portfolios and support teams through product validation, early sales, and the path to product market fit.
We co-invest alongside long-term institutional partners to strengthen rounds and increase diversification. We never charge portfolio companies, keeping cap tables clean and incentives aligned. Investors get simple upfront terms, clear reporting, and quarterly updates on progress and valuation milestones.

Independent reviews
“Haatch has progressed significantly in the past year and is now the best-established EIS manager of its age. Although the funds are five years old, the team has been investing for more than twice that, and brings a broad range of relevant knowledge. The early commitment from British Business Investments through the Regional Angels Programme is a notable endorsement for a newer manager.”
