Haatch exits Trigify to HubSpot at up to 3.53x

We are delighted to announce the successful exit of our full position in Trigify following its acquisition by HubSpot, the agentic customer platform for scaling businesses.

The all-cash transaction delivered up to 3.53x for our investors, marking another profitable exit for Haatch and follows five profitable realisations during 2025, continuing the strong momentum across our portfolio.

This exit represents Haatch’s 6th profitable exit in the last 18 months.

Turning Buyer Signals Into Smarter Sales

Trigify enables sales teams to identify and act on real-time buying signals. Its intelligent platform combines intent data, sales triggers and AI-powered automation, helping businesses connect with the right prospects at precisely the right moment.

Rather than simply increasing the volume of outreach, Trigify allows sales teams to engage prospective customers with greater relevance and context. By identifying signs of buyer readiness and turning them into actionable insights, the platform helps businesses create more targeted, timely and effective sales interactions.

HubSpot provides an ideal strategic home for the Trigify team whose expertise is highly complementary to HubSpot’s ambition to help businesses grow better, bringing together customer data, actionable buying signals and intelligent automation.

Backing Ambitious Founders From the Earliest Stages

Trigify’s journey demonstrates what can be achieved when an exceptional founder combines deep market insight with speed, focus and disciplined execution.

We are incredibly proud to have supported Max, Hugo and Morgan and the Trigify team and congratulate everyone involved in reaching this important milestone.

Fred Soneya, Co-Founder and General Partner at Haatch, commented:

“Trigify has built an exceptional product in a rapidly developing market, and HubSpot represents a fantastic home for their team. We are delighted to have supported Max, Hugo and Morgan on this journey and to deliver another profitable exit for our investors.”

Continuing Our Exit Momentum

The sale of Trigify builds on an exceptional period of realisations for Haatch. During 2025, we delivered five profitable exits across the portfolio, with the largest delivering up to a 14.8x return, including tax reliefs, CGT-free.

Trigify represents the latest validation of our strategy: backing ambitious founders at the earliest stages, supporting them as they scale and creating meaningful returns for our investors.

We wish the Trigify team every success as they begin the next chapter of their journey with HubSpot.
