Fred was responsible for several high-profile, large-scale innovation projects across Kiddicare.com and, post-acquisition, Morrisons, the UK’s 4th largest Supermarket.

Fred created award-winning digital customer experiences by working with cutting-edge early-stage technology start-ups, bridging the online-offline gap at Morrisons to millions of customers a week.

Having Co-Founded Haatch in 2013, as General Partner, Fred has led the launch and delivery of the Haatch tax-efficient funds in 2018, followed by the institutional Funds in 2022, and Fred is responsible for the day-to-day running of Haatch.

He has led the completion of over 350 investments into 120+ companies over the last 10 years, the onboarding of over 1,400 investors into the funds and has a track record of delivering industry firsts whether that be retail investor access, syndicate strategies or cutting edge fund technology.
